Your information, handled with care.
How enquiries and applications are used, and how to exercise your data-protection rights.
Content administration
Authorised team members use a protected content editor. Essential session cookies maintain authentication and protect editing actions. Account names, access permissions, content changes and security events are stored in private files on our hosting service. Access tokens are stored as hashes. These records support access management, publication history and recovery; access is restricted to authorised administrators.
The administration session expires after inactivity. Login protection uses a fifteen-minute rate-limit window; content history and backups are maintained for recovery and can be reviewed by an administrator. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Who is responsible
NAUTILUS DYNAMICS FRANCE, 12 rue Delille, 06000 Nice, France, is the controller for information collected through this website. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email contact@nautilusdynamics.com or write to the registered office.
Enquiries and the contact form
We collect the name, email address, enquiry type, subject and message you provide so that we can respond and arrange the relevant follow-up. Company and telephone details are optional. Required fields are marked on the form; without them we cannot process a form submission. You may contact us directly by email instead.
Where you ask about services or a proposal, processing supports steps taken at your request before entering a contract. General correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business. Form-security processing supports our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and protecting communications.
Applications and recruitment
Applications are sent to contact@nautilusdynamics.com. We use your contact details, CV, introduction and any relevant portfolio or academic material you choose to send to assess your application and discuss the role with you. This processing supports steps taken at your request before a potential employment or research agreement.
Please provide material relevant to the role and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. The website does not accept file uploads; you can attach documents when applying by email. Inclusion in a future-opportunities talent pool would require a separate agreement and is not a condition of applying for an advertised role.
Who can receive the information
Project enquiries are routed to sales@nautilusdynamics.com; general enquiries and applications go to contact@nautilusdynamics.com. Access is intended for the people handling your request or recruitment and service providers supporting hosting and email, including OVH. The website does not create a separate enquiry database.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is retained for the follow-up to your request and any resulting professional relationship. Applications are retained for the recruitment process; keeping an application for future opportunities requires a separate agreement. Records needed for contractual or legal purposes may be held for the applicable period.
Technical form-protection records contain request timestamps associated with an IP-derived security identifier, rather than your message. They are used for short request-limit windows; inactive record files become eligible for housekeeping after a day. Hosting, email and backup systems have their own operational records.
Cookies: the essential minimum
This website uses no advertising cookies, analytics trackers or embedded social-media feeds. Fonts, images and video are served by the website itself.
- Cookie
- nd_enquiry
- Purpose
- Protect the contact form with a session token and a simple anti-robot check.
- Duration
- Session cookie: no persistent expiry is set. Browser session-restoration settings can affect when it is removed.
- When used
- When the contact form requests its security token.
This security cookie is strictly necessary for the form and does not require consent. A cookie consent banner is therefore not used. You can block cookies in your browser, although the protected form will then be unavailable; the email links remain usable.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
Contact us using the details above, identifying the request clearly. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity if needed. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
